Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence
Joy was uncertain of who she was. She was in a deep relationship with the Judge and the Victim in her life, unaware of the existence of self compassion and how important that is.
The “AHA” Moment
Joy had a series of AHA moments. When she founded her pole dancing studio in Singapore in 2005, when she decided to go into life coaching and after her rebirth trip to Sedona, taking her warrior goddess training, shamanic retreat and doing the firewalk three times.
