Definition of Self Confidence

Self confidence is Unwaivering Self Awareness, Empathy and Gratitude.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Ginni was fearful to be who she was because she was afraid of being judged.  She saw the judgement, the looks, the criticism and the sadness her mother experienced for being a divorced and remarried woman.  Ginni saw people take advantage of her kindness, her generosity because they thought she was just another outcast.

Not living her truth manifested into body weight and anger for her. The more she held onto fear and the more she didn’t live or express her truth, the more sadness, anger and pain she experienced. Ginni wasn’t a bad kid who always got into trouble, she just had explosions which built up from pent up anger.

The “AHA” Moment

After identifying a cyclic pattern of unhealthy behavior of anger and pent up frustration where Ginni was unable to communicate her needs or express herself in a healthy way, one a night out, she met two spiritual teachers who lead her to a practice meditation which put her on the path to living her truth, accepting her truth and self confidence.

Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence

Keeping up with meditation or some form of spiritual practice is imperative for Ginni.  She finds  that all her  relationships are healthier, lighter and more empowered. Communication is more free flowing and a general love for one another is there. Even though at times she doesn’t get it all right, she can always come back to that place of self awareness, acknowledging how I feel, accepting it and being able to navigate through it.

The One Self Confidence Tip For the Listener

Deploy and Invest in as much self awareness as possible. Knowing yourself intimately is the ultimate gateway to unwavering self confidence.
