Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Daisy used to look for validation through work and what she was able to do for people.  She would sacrifice her own needs to help others out and often felt resentment because it was not reciprocated.  Then she would judge herself for her resentments and guilt.  It was not a good cycle to be in.

The “AHA” Moment

There was a period when Daisy was completely overwhelmed with her life.  She felt lost, angry and resentful for where she was.  Her AHA moment came when she got sick and tired of being a people pleaser and having unhealthy boundaries with people in her life.

She has always been a fan of Debbie Ford so one day, Daisy signed up for her Shadow Process Retreat and her life has not been the same ever since.
