Aimée Suen is certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, author, recipe developer, designer, photographer and podcaster. Her blog, Small Eats, started in 2013 as a way to share her mostly plant-based recipes and show her friends and family that healthy eating could be tasty after she gained weight in college. It was a creative outlet that gave her purpose and joy. The “small” at the time came from the need to get smaller, the fact that she is small in height, she is under 5 feet tall, smaller portions and the fact that she just cooked for her and her partner. She also has a podcast called Small Steps which dives deeper into specific topics around health, wellness and the amazing people making a difference and empowering others.
Aimée shares how connecting the dots helped her realized her true self to be the woman that she is today. She also shares tips that can help you in your own journey to self confidence.
