Rukshana Hassanali is the founder of 2 startups in the education industry called Protohack and Startup League.  ProtoHack is a Share Your Ideas With Rukshana Hassanaligroup of adventurers, dreamers and conceptualists who have successfully transitioned from wantrepreneurs to bona fide entrepreneurs. Startup League is teaching high school students how to solve problems through applied creativity in a fun, competitive, and low-stakes environment. Students will learn process over outcome, preparing them to be self-starters, critical thinkers, and team players ready for an internship, college course, or first startup.

Rukshana shares how she was able to have the courage to share her ideas out to colleagues that led her to pursue her two companies and be the powerhouse woman that she is today.
