Definition of Self Confidence
Self confidence is being able to believe in yourself, your dreams, your visions and having the confidence to turn them into your reality.
Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence
Karen was a pretty shy growing up. She was your typical awkward introvert that spent too much time being envious of others who were self confident. She wasn’t happy with the way she thought about herself, the way she looked, the way she carried herself and the way she interacted with other around her. Karen desperately wanted to change.
The “AHA” Moment
Strangely enough Karen’s journey started from the outside in. At 15, she enrolled in a modelling academy because people around her always said she should try it out because of her height which is 175cm tall. In that academy she learned how to carry herself, how to walk with her best foot forward and how to groom herself. Also she got rid of her glasses and fell in love with the art of apply makeup.
It was around that time when she started reading self help as well and she started to realize that she was completely in charge of how she wanted to shape herself, her life and her future. So her AHA moment happened somewhere around the time when she discovered both internal and external confidence.
Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence
Karen gets to live and be her best self everyday.
The One Self Confidence Tip For the Listener
Listen to yourself. Ask yourself what stands in the way of you being confident in yourself? And then realize that only YOU have the power to change it or decide to live with it.
Indulge in “mirror talks”, and it’s exactly what it sounds like, talking to yourself in the mirror. It may sound insane at first but sometimes you’ve just got to spend a little time knowing yourself in order to identify uncomfortable problems, work on solving them and moving forward.
