Self confidence is living your own monologue.
Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence
Poorna was talkative to mask herself. Her outside did not match her inside and she would accept whatever was offered to her instead of for what she deserves because she didn’t believe in her worth.
The “AHA” Moment
Poorna was senior manager at a company and started recruiting new people. She realized how hard it was to find good people. She knew that the people she interviewed can be themselves during the interview because they had certain skills that they can bring to the table.
This made her realise that being yourself, taking the initiative and know that you can offer something positive, then everything will work out.
Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence
Poorna lives a more authentic life. Her work and personal life are not separated and are more merged.
