Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

As a young child, Jocelyn was rather shy, but she was always quite confident in herself. As a child many things came easy to her and she received a lot of praise, sometimes in front of other children and that made her very uncomfortable to see someone else’s confidence be stepped on with her as the tool!

The “AHA” Moment

Jocelyn was a bully at school with no guidance. There was one boy who she was mean to but one day the same boy confided in Jocelyn that their family was on welfare. Jocelyn realized that the boy she was mean to had confidence in her to share this information with her even though she treated him bad.

This also helped Jocelyn realized that she can make an impact in the world.

Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence

For Jocelyn, , it triggered like an ultra confidence as a young girl, vowing to be a living example for other women, especially Asian women that we are enough, worthy, powerful and free to follow our hearts and live our own lives.
