The One Self Confidence Tip For the Listener

Remember that it’s a journey.

Take your own advice that you give to your best friends. Most strong, sensitive women are really good at loving their friends. Take that advice and love you give to your friends and turn it back around on yourself. Do you think you are smart and kind and beautiful and amazing? Because you are. And once you can start to really believe that, you’ll be more free to go back out and love other people better.
