Sarah was lost.  She always made other people happy which made her unhappy. The pressures of having to keep up the image and reputation on social media made Sarah stressful.

The “AHA” Moment

Sarah realised she had to make herself happy after having a conversation with her hairstylist friend.  She decided to take a break and reevaluate her life. She started enjoying real life and the present moment.
