Eileen Lui is founder of SoyAi which is a social enterprise producing and selling soymilk and tofu in Yangon. Run by Doing It My Way With Eileen Luiunderprivileged youth with love (hence ‘ai’, meaning love in Chinese) and determination to help other underprivileged youth, the business can deliver up to 1,000 bottles of soymilk per week.  Eileen’s mission is to create a better tomorrow, one soybean at a time.

Eileen used to constantly seek approval from others.  She would do things just to please other people.  When she stop doing things for others and started doing things her way, that is when she was able to find her confidence and be the person that she is today.
