Definition of Self Confidence

Know who you are and don’t worry too much about what other’s think. Have self awareness, recognize your strengths AND weaknesses and constantly improve yourself.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Christina worried about what others thought of her constantly, and didn’t speak up as much.  She didn’t know what she wanted in life.

The “AHA” Moment

During college, Christina broke up with her boyfriend of many years.  That’s when she came out of her shell. She experienced life, and told herself to never let anyone hold her down or tell her what she should and shouldn’t do.

The One Self Confidence Tip For the Listener
