Definition of Self Confidence

Being aware of who you REALLY are .  Being able to walk in a room, or a space online, with the intention of shining you light instead of worrying about what people think of you.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Valerie was heavily bullied as a child which led her to try and commit suicide at the age of ten and more attempts during her dark times.

The “AHA” Moment

Valeria had two AHA moments.  The first one as a teenager when she was 14 in a car, waiting for her mom who went into the bank listening on the radio to Stevie Wonder, Songs in the Key of Life.  Having an experience where all of a sudden she felt the energy of the entire universe as one all things.

The 2nd time was when she realized that she is not the negative thoughts she thinks.  She is actually the love essence of the universe, that bliss feeling she felt at 14 when she felt the oneness.  That was who Valerie really was.

Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence

Valerie can have calm and now can help inspire others.  She can create a financial situation that allows her the time live and do what she wants which is travel with her kids, take them
to Disneyland, do things she loves.

The One Self Confidence Tip For the Listener

If you are thinking of a negative thought, get excited that you noticed it since not too many people notice their negative thought.  Then you can ask yourself how can you shine your light in that moment instead of being stuck in that negative thought.
