Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Gabrielle was always quite shy and an introvert.  She didn’t speak out when she wanted to, she was depressed many times and  didn’t quite fit in.  Gabrielle felt a bit different and when she was younger, she always wanted to fit in with the crowd.

The “AHA” Moment

It wasn’t until Gabrielle had her daughter that her world completely changed.  It wasn’t about her anymore and it was such an amazing feeling.  She saw how amazing life was and wanted to make sure that she could share that with her daughter.

So from that point Gabrielle started to follow her heart and passion.   Since then she has studied health and wellness, and really have a love for helping others, being healthy is not just about food.  Gabrielle has turned her passion into her business as well.

Take time to connect with yourself everyday, with meditation start listening to what your inner voice is calling you to do. Trust yourself, if it feels good do it follow the path of least resistance
