This interview is pretty special to me since it was my first podcast interview that I have ever done.  Focus on the story and how it can help you and not the noise.  This is great exercise to help you learn how to take out distractions.

Self confidence is all about taking action regardless of the mistakes you make because sometimes those mistakes can lead you to the right directions in your life.

Candice is a great influence in my life and it was a no brainer that I had to bring her on to the show because her story can be something that you can relate to and can help you in your inner journey to self confidence.

Favorite Self Confidence Quote

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

Thanks for sharing the love Sheena. The subject of self confidence is one that I avoided for a long time. Truth being, I was afraid of being myself because I thought that I wasn’t worthy. It turns out I’m worthy indeed!

    Thanks again Sheena.
