Definition of Self Confidence

Always believe in yourself even when you think nobody else does.

Make yourself feel worthy even when others think you’re not worthy.

Love yourself even in the midst of the sunshines and storms in your life.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Yvette always wanted to be everyone’s friend.  She thought the more friends, the better.

Her thought was if she had more friends in her life, then she was worth something.  She had to have validation from other people of her self worth.

The “AHA” Moment

Yvette realized that she giving more to people than receiving from other people.  A friend later introduced Yvette to Buddhism which totally changed her life.  She studied Buddhism for a whole year and decided to be in this journey by herself.

Buddhism allowed Yvette to have more time to herself to reflect even as far as turning off her cell phone for a full year.  Studying Buddhism allowed Yvette to see herself in a different perspective and finally saw her true self worth without caring what others thought of her.

Yvette also decided was quality was better than quantity.  Instead of collecting as many friends as possible, she associated herself with like minded people who were inspiring and positive.

Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence

After realizing her true self worth, Yvette decided to give all her things away to a woman’s shelter.  She finally knew that her self worth was not defined by how many material things she own in her life.

Yvette also felt free and at peace with herself after giving away all the material she did not need. This also opened many doors for Yvette such as landing a job with Universal Studios that she never applied for and having the right people come into her life.

The One Self Confidence Tip For the Listener

Love yourself first more than anyone else can.  Love yourself for anyone who loves you.

Live with your passion even if you start it as a hobby and be a person who inspires women to do great things.
