Definition of Self Confidence

A greater sense of confidence in self comes from unpacking one’s own story, the truth of who and why we are, discovering our soul purpose, and then using that as the conduit to transform our world.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Sonali grew up feeling less and grew accustomed to being in the background. She devalued herself at a very early age. She came to the US as a pre-teen, shy, frightened & feeling very vulnerable. Sonali had to fit in as quickly & quietly as possible, to assimilate into the dominant culture & grew adept at melting into the background. She began disappearing into the fray, flying under the radar, careful not to make any waves or stand out in any visible way. The whole point was to blend in, and not to stand out.

The “AHA” Moment

It took a heap of very painful life experiences, a very particular dark night of the soul, to reach Sonali’s own personal awakening. Suffice it to say, there was a bright, shiny moment when she knew that she could no longer afford to play small and hide in the shadows of her past painful experiences. In order to build this new trajectory, this rebirth, she knew she had to tap into vision for her life, go on a soul adventure to see what was waiting to emerge. The pain of where she was, was far greater than the pain of growth & the unknown. She got really curious about it and she was willing to do whatever it took to get clear & get in integrity with the vision that was trying to emerge.

The One Self Confidence Tip For the Listener

Many women do feel kind of stuck at the drawing board or they’re experiencing a sort of a blur, or they may be struggling with some uncertainty around a specific project, a vision or mission. Be gentle with yourself in this gap, be self-compassionate as your vision emerges. This is a vital part of the emerging feminine authority. Accept where you are and continue to nurture yourself. And allow yourself to take one step in the direction of your dream. Clarity Comes from Taking Action. because nothing alchemizes fear & confusion more than action. You can’t see it until you step into it! Also, Have a support system. Building structural support for your dream to emerge, establish group support, mentorship, coaching to help you stay accountable & maintain consistent motion. I believe in you. Stay true to your feminine vision, that is where the seat of your confidence lies.
