The “AHA” Moment

A major wake-up moment for Lisa came in an improvisation workshop that she was not planning to fully engage in. She was planning to show up and just watch. But it turned out to be a life-changing experience. She was told the four most compassionate words a teacher had ever spoken to her: “Play the wrong note”. And ever since then (that was in 2009), she has lived the questions within those words. Those four words have pointed in the direction of a new philosophy for her life, which is her own experiment to live.
